Terms of providing services electronically on mysticvia.com.

1. General

The site is operated by TERLAVIO Sp. z o.o., ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 16, 97-300 Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland, KRS 0001266677, Tax ID (NIP) 7712946705, REGON 545741467, share capital PLN 5,000.00, e-mail: kontakt@mysticvia.com (the “Provider”). The site is a platform connecting users with esoteric specialists (“Advisors”).

2. Nature of services

Services are for entertainment and spiritual support. They do not replace medical, legal or financial advice. Use is for adults only.

3. Orders

You place an order via the form on an Advisor's page. After submission we contact you to arrange details and timing.

4. Payments

Payment is made online (Stripe) or individually after contact. Prices are shown in the currency stated with the service.

5. Complaints and withdrawal

Complaints go to kontakt@mysticvia.com; we handle them within 14 days. Due to the nature of services (digital content / services started with consent), the right of withdrawal may be limited by law.

6. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Final provisions

Matters not covered are governed by Polish law. The Provider may amend these Terms, announcing changes on the site.
